Terms and conditions of service of the Deep Master online store

 

Orders are accepted from registered and non-registered users of the online store.

Orders will not be accepted without full name, complete address, phone number and e-mail address. Please make sure that the data are correct.

After confirmation of your order by the operator of the  online store, the goods according to your order will be prepared and sent by the delivery service. After we send the parcel you will be notified by email and / or SMS-message with information for tracking the delivery process and its reception.

Making your reservation is possible on the products of sizes, colors and modifications, which are presented in the online store. You can check the possibility of making individual model with operators by contact phone numbers. Online store does not reserve goods for exchange. If in the process of preparing the order some products will be out of stock, order will be shipped without missing items. The operator will notify the client about the lack of goods by phone or email.

You can make your order by phone or through the online store at www.deepmaster.com. Having made the order you will be notified about the order details by e-mail address you provided. The notification message contains order details such as items' names, quantities, etc and a link to track the status of your order. Within one working day our operator calls the customer to confirm the order. If not, check the status of your order by using the link from the notification message. If the order status is set to "Could not call!", it means that the operator could not call you. Please call our operatorusing one of the phone numbers listed at the top of every page in the online store.

Shipping terms depend on the chosen method of delivery (see below).

Deliveriesthrough Ukraine are at the expense of the customer, i.e. customer pays for shipment of the parcel with the order.

You can track the progress of your order using the link that was sent you in the  notification message upon successful registration of the order through the online store.

If you have any difficulties in placingan order, please feel free to call our operators by one of the contact phone numbers. You will be given advice by phone.

 

 

 

Confirmation and changing orders

 

Any order must be confirmed by phone. Therefore, if you make a mistake, processing the order, do not worry. Online store operator will contact you within 24 hours after placing the order (but  only during office hours) for clarification and confirmation of the items, shipping method and delivery address. If you confirm the order then it is possible to make changes. If you have made several unconfirmed orders, they can be merged into one.

If thecall did not followed after you had processed your order then most likely the operator was not able to get in touch with you. This will be indicated by the order status "Could not call!". In such caseplease call our operator on your own by the contact numbers listed at the top of the online store.

 

 

 

Terms of shipment

Shipments are made until complete exhaustion of stocks of goods. If at the time of shipment of the order one or more goods are out of stock then the customer will be notified about missing items by the operator by phone or by email. When all of the order items (except missing) were sent to the customer, the status of the order changes to "Sent". If some time laterthe goods, that have been ordered but were out of stock at the moment of processing and sending the parcel, are in stock again then the customer can order them again by making a new order.

The customer will be sent an SMS-message with the quantity of parcels, waybill number and the date of sending parcels.

 

Delivery methods

 

       1. "Nova Poshta" - throughout the Ukraine, "to warehouse"

       2. Courier - parcel will be delivered by the courier "to the door."

       3. Pickup - you take away the goods from our shop.

 

Refusal to order

 

Dear customers, if for any reason you decided not to take an order, please, let us know. Please, do not ignore calls of operators. It is your right to cancel the order. This does not affect the further service. You can make your next order whenever you like.

Please, pay attention to the fact that customers, who do not take away parcels without notifying the administration of the Deep Master online store and ignore calls of operators,will not be servedin the future!

 

Prices

 

Prices are in ukrainian UAH and EURO.

 

 

 

Payment

 

Methods of payment:

       1. By cash on delivery.

       2. By cash.

       3. By bank transfer.

 

The customer pays extra forservice to transfer money (percentage of the carrier for the delivery of the money from the buyer to the seller, bank service).

The right of return. Terms of return and exchange of quality goods

 

If opening the paid package you find that the goods do not suit you, you can return or exchange them.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine"On Protection of Consumer Rights", for 14 days from the date of purchase (in this case from the day you receive the parcel) one can return the ordered items and get back the money (if the order had been already paid). Also you can exchange for a different size or a different model. If you can not pick up items to replace, you can leave the money in the store and use this amount to pay for the next order.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" product is accepted back in the absence of visible signs of wearing it and only with its all price tags and other labels in unused condition and in original factory packaging. Do not apply to packaging labels, addresses, etc. When sending a parcel by mail, use the optional package. Goods in the boxes with applied addresses or pasted without additional packing tape will not be accepted!

In the case of an exchange or refund, the customer pays the delivery of goods to the office of the online store. Delivery by courier is not paid in any circumstances.

If the reason for the return was the error of store employees, the full amount of the reservation is returned to the customer and the online store pays the shipping of goods back. By mistake the online store means:

       1) wrong model sent;

       2) wrong size sent;

       3) really defective item sent.

We recommendyou to pay attention to the reviews that other customers leave on the pages with the goods. Do not be indifferent - leave your reviews! Your opinion is very important to us!

 

 

Exchange policies

 

For 14 days from the date you receive the parcel, please send back the goods that you did not come. Choose new goods and place a new order. In comments to the order state the reason for exchange. Also, we ask you to put in a box with a return note containing information about you (name, login to the site), as well as on what model you need to make an exchange. It is not necessary, but will speed up the process of exchange.

Once the return has been received one of our operators will call you to clarify the details of exchange.

 

 

Refund

 

For 14 days from the date you receive the parcel, please send back the goods that you did not come.

Please call one of the contact phone numbers to discuss the procedure for the return of funds.

Shipping refundsis paidby the customer. The institution providing cash transfers (bank or post office) deducts a fee for the transfer of funds. The exception is when the cause of the return is online store employees error (see above "The right of return. Terms of return and exchange of quality goods"). In this case, we will compensate shipping costs and pay bank fees on money transfer.
