Using the services of the deepmaster.com online store (hereinafter Online Store) a user (hereinafter Customer) agrees to the Privacy Polcy. Online Store keeps the right to make changes to Privacy Policy on its own. Customer is responsible to be awared on an updated Privacy Policy according to which the terms of use of the Online Store are regulated.

The main points of the Privacy Policy:

1. Online Store captures some personal data about Customer but Customer himself decides to what extent provide information.
2. Online Store will not to sell or provide personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Online Store may use Customer's personal information to contact him with a view to commercial proposals, news and other information that may be interesting for Customer.

Collection of personal information

Using services of Online Store, for example product order, it asks Customer to provide some personal information by filling in the Form. The decision whether to use or refuse such services is made by the Customer. In case Customer uses the service, Online Store may ask him to provide personal information, i.e. first and last name, email address, telephone number and other information which identifies the Customer. Depending on the type of services some personal information must be provided on a mandatory basis while other information is optional. If Customer does not provide required information for a particular service then the service cannot be provided for Customer. While providing information in Online Store the Customer agrees that this information may be sent beyond the borders of Ukraine and is stored and processed by Online Store.

Using personal information Online Store collects Customer's personal data to support Customer who is using information or services of the Online Store. When Customer provides personal information it becomes visible to himself and the administrator of the Online Store.

The possibility to choose

To save privacy Customer does not have to provide information that may cause any inconvenience. However using Online Store resources is impossible without providing some personal information which is required.

Using cookie-files

To improve functionality of the website Online Store uses cookie-files to store information about visits of the Customer. Cookie is a file of a small size which is transfered to a user's web-browser by the web-server and may be recognized by the server only which sent the file. Such files cannot be used as exacutable programs or viruses. The settings of most browsers allow accepting cookies by default. The Customer can change browser settings to receive notifications about cookies. In that case a user himself decides whether accept or decline cookie-files. We use cookies to record visits the Online Store and our web-server fixes an IP/Internet address of Customer's computer automatically. This type of information does not allow to identify a user personally, i.e. his anonymity will be saved if he himself does not provide personal information to Online Store.

Claims about privacy

If a Customer has an impression that Online Store did not fulfull its obligations about Privacy Policy then he can send a message with a complaint using feedback form. In that message a Customer should describe the situation in details how the Online Store broke Privacy Policy by the Customer's opinion.

All the claims will be reviewed properly.

If a Customer does not agree to the Privacy Policy of the Online Store then it is not recommended for him to use Online Store services.
