Deep Master manufactures blades for the flippers from high-strength carbon fiber and binding hot curing.

Manufacturing technology: autoclave formation during the high pressure and temperature. This technology provides to blades the highest rates of strength and low hygroscopy.

The vacuum and autoclave technology used during the blades production allows to manufacture the flippers from carbon without risk of micro bubbles formation and requires less resin (it reduces the weight of the detail keeping the strength).
